Established in 2009, the Sewing and Design Studio aims to provide friendly, productive sewing classes in a creative atmosphere.
Welcome to the Studio
The studio is located in the north-west Sydney suburb of Cherrybrook and offers a spacious, fully equipped workroom, overlooking the beautiful Berowra Creek bushland.
Sewing at the Studio
Beginner, intermediate and experienced sewers are welcome. Class sizes are small and suitable for all abilities. If you are a beginner you will learn the absolute basics. Experienced sewers have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and perfect their sewing skills.
Learning at the Studio
Set up to make learning to sew enjoyable, the studio is equipped with:
Bernina, Janome and Elna sewing machines
Bernina overlockers
Janome coverstitch machine
Sewing and pattern making equipment
Large cutting tables

COVID and the Studio
The workroom is spacious and has been set up so that social distancing is possible.
Each student works at their own socially distanced sewing table and cutting table.
